That is the starting rate for standard general servicing. Chemical wash, repair, gas work and install are quoted separately after we know unit type and access.

Do you service all brands?

Chemical wash or general service?

General service for regular upkeep. Chemical wash when cooling dropped, airflow is weak, or the coil is badly soiled.
